Administrator Induction Registration Instructions

Step 1: Complete Program Eligibility Form

  • Access the ESE Information System portal using your work email

    • If you are a new user, you will need to click on the blue "Register Now" button and sign up using the email listed above.
      If you are a returning user, log in using the email listed above.

  • When choosing which program you will participate in this year, be sure to choose  the program you wish to enroll in.

  • If you are unsure of which Credential(s) you hold, please lookup your credential using the CTC Educator Search

  • IMPORTANT! At the end of the form, be sure to follow instructions to register and pay for your course using Canvas Catalog. 

 

Step 2: Register for your Online Course through Canvas Catalog

  • Click on the button for your program at the end of the Eligibility Form - this will take you to Canvas Catalog

  • Make sure to register for  the correct Administrator Induction Course.

  • If you do not have an ESE Canvas Account:

    • Complete the information on the form to sign up for an account

    • Please type in your first and last name for the "Full Name" field

  • If you already have an ESE Canvas Account:

    • Click on the "already have an account? Sign in here" button

    • Log in with your VCOE Canvas Username and password

    • If it is not working, please use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.

  • If you receive an error when paying through Paypal, please do not pay again - contact academicadvise@vcoe.org or call our office at (805)437-1320
