CTE and Adult Education Full Year and Equivalency Program Registration Instructions
**Please Note: You must have a CTE or Adult Ed Preliminary Credential before registering for a CTE clear credential program.**
Step 1: Complete Program Eligibility Form
Access the ESE Information System portal with your work email
If you are a new user, you will need to click on the blue "Register Now" button and sign up using the email listed above.
If you are a returning user, log in using the email listed above.
When choosing which program you will participate in this year, be sure to choose the program you wish to enroll in
For the question on whether you will have access to CTE students, choose "Yes" if you have a way to teach lessons to students in a CTE class in the next program year
IMPORTANT! At the end of the form, be sure to follow instructions to register and pay for your course using Canvas Catalog.
Step 2: Register for your Online Course through Canvas Catalog
Click on the button for your program at the end of the Eligibility Form - this will take you to Canvas Catalog
Make sure to register for the correct DSC program based on the credential you wish to clear.
If you do not have an ESE Canvas Account:
Complete the information on the form to sign up for an account
Please type in your first and last name for the "Full Name" field
If you already have an ESE Canvas Account:
Click on the "already have an account? Sign in here" button
Log in with your VCOE Canvas Username and password
If it is not working, please use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page
